I was literally born into real estate. My father, John Kinder, started getting into real estate in 1977, the same year I was born, and I have been surrounded by it and loving it every second since. I grew up in Lawton and quickly became passionate about helping the community develop and grow.
Real estate is what I do; I am hooked on constantly gaining more knowledge about the industry so that I can best help my clients. When I’m not coming up with new innovative ways to market our resources or training members of the Jay Kinder Home Selling Team I am out and about across the country attending conferences and events to gain more information and contribute ideas on the business systems for real estate teams.
As for hobbies, as I said before I do real estate…however, I do devote every weekend available to my 2 great kids and family. I’m also into Harleys, football, fast boats and ATVs when I have the time.
I love working with the Jay Kinder Home Selling Team because it is a great group of people who are not afraid to think outside of the box while still maintaining the enthusiasm and perseverance that is necessary in the real estate business.

I have lived in Lawton the majority of my life and I really enjoy this town. I have worked many jobs in my life and being a Realtor is the most exciting and rewarding of them all.
I have a beautiful daughter, Mattie who keeps me extremely busy and always on my toes. I have to say my mom is the most amazing person in my life because she is always there when I need her.
My passion (on the side of Real Estate) is bowling. I have been bowling since I can remember and it just gives me a chance to unwind. I have played in many tournaments around the state and I haven't done too bad. I have looked into the PBA and maybe someday you will see me bowling with the greats, but for now I will just enjoy the moment and the excitement of raising my daughter.
I have been with the Jay Kinder Home Selling Team for almost 4 years and enjoy every bit of the job. As a listing specialist I love the challenge of getting the most money for your home. When you get the biggest return from your investment, I know I have done my job!

I am a military brat born at Ft. Sill, OK. I lived in Elgin, Germany, Washington, then I finally landed in Fletcher where I graduated in 1994. I came from a large family with 3 sisters and 1 brother. Showed and raised sheep in high school.
I was married in 1997 to a wonderful husband who is employed with Halliburton. Have a beautiful daughter, 7 years old that is involved in competitive gymnastics. I have a handsome son, 5 years old who dreams of being Superman. We raise miniature horses which I absolutely LOVE and I have a passion for jogging & exercise.
I am looking forward to a career in real estate for the opportunities to meet and help many different people. I love people and the interactive that comes from sales. Fran Harrell Broker Associate
Hi, my name is Fran Harrell. I was born and raised in the State of Kansas. I have always lived in the same place until I left home for college. So when I married my husband over 14 years ago it wasn’t long until I was accustomed to the moving experience. We have two great children together. Our children try to keep my husband and me knowledgeable with the latest trends.
I have literally been in school since I was 6 years old. My college studies were from CentralTexasCollege and the University of Kansas. I have also taken Residential Carpentry, level I and II at Great PlainsTechnologyCenter. I’m a strong believer of continual education therefore my education is on-going.
I hold a US patient on the Color Comb or formally named, Liquid Dispensing Comb. I have been working on this project for many years.
I began real estate studies in 1996 in Kansas. I’ve held a Real Estate License in the State of Kansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. I currently have a Broker Associate Real Estate license in the State of Oklahoma. I really love what I do and I’m very passionate about real estate. Working with the Jay Kinder Home Selling Team has been a wonderful experience. My philosophy has always been to give more than 100% in whatever you do.
