My experience with the company has been phenomenal. The training program is not like any other in Lawton. I have experienced training (or should I say lack thereof) in other companies. What Jay provides us is irreplaceable. He provides us with on going coaching from some of the most experienced Realtors in the nation. We also have a program for the new Realtors that join us straight out of real estate school that is called 90 day Blueprint to success. In my opinion no other company in Lawton goes to that level of commitment to help Realtors be successful in their business. I have also talked to other Realtors that have just begun their careers and they have mentioned that they had little training if any after they became license Realtors. We provide the opportunity to succeed and that is what we are all about.

Our lead generation is definitely superior to other companies in the area. We focus on making sure we have the best opportunity of lead generation. Other companies set up a website and hope that a lead hits. We have years of experience with lead generation where as some companies are just now starting to try.

The knowledge of Jay Kinder Real Estate Experts has been a huge resource in the aspect of being able to learn from the best all across the nation. It is not only learning from the best, it is applying what you learn and seeing what they offer as resources pay off.
